On August 21, 2024 we passed by a used car lot and decided to go in to see what cars they had there for sale. For us it was a surprise to find very good used cars, at a very good price and with low miles. We decided to go in and spoke with Mary Bush. She kindly assisted us and showed us a 2012 Toyota Prius. At first we were a little skeptical of hybrid cars since we had never had one, however she gave us all the information and thanks to that we made the decision to buy it. The experience buying this car was so good that a week later my wife bought another Prius with them. We can safely say that it was a very good experience, the information and service allowed us to make the right decision. We are very grateful to Mary and her husband Tim for the service they gave us, they were very diligent and have been a very good contact for us for future business. My husband and I owned a beautiful Ford Expedition Eddie Bauer that we absolutely loved. Unfortunately, on Valentine's Day of this year, my husband was rearended at high speed and our truck totaled. I found this dealership while searching for a comparable vehicle online. They had a 2014 Ford Expedition King Ranch 4x4, so we made the hour and a half drive the very next day to test drive it and loved it! MartyAnn was very kind, and honest and, went above and beyond to help us set up financing through a bank down the street from their dealership, even allowing us to take the truck to do so. She was even patient while we had our 8 yr old son teach my mother how to take and send photos of my husband's last paystubs, so we wouldn't have to make the hour and a half drive again. We love the new truck even more than our previous! With the stress of injuries and hiring a lawyer, purchasing this truck was stressless. MartyAnn and Tim are wonderful people and I'd recommend them 1,000 times over!

First I would like to say how wonderful Marty Busch is to deal with--I have to be one of the pickiest to trade with a dealer--my 10 years United States Army helps-- most dealerships are stupid to deal with--NOT MARTY AT METRO OF ORLANDO--just the opposite--nice, caring, and very informational and SMART of the car business and their inventory--goes out of their way to satisfy a customer--AND NO DEALOR FEES--GREAT-- My reference to my information here is I have owned 55 cars in my life time!! Their customer service shocked me!! Good stuff--highly recommend!!
